About Scott

     Scott is the owner of his own practice, Star Dynamic Wellness and founder of The Bodyhood. In an effort to grow his own business, Scott was accepted to the Emory Goizuetta Business School’s 2021 small business accelerator program called Start:ME. It’s during his participation in this program where he discovered that one of his biggest barriers to getting more clients was that not many people knew about the type of massage he did and how it differed from the more common-place relaxation spa work that dominates the market.
     Inspired by interviewing several colleagues in other clinically-based massage therapies, he learned that he was not alone — this was a commonly shared barrier. This became the a-ha moment that lead to the discovery of The Bodyhood, a coworking space where other manual therapists and wellness professionals could work in a united effort to help more people and grow their businesses at the same time.
    With a mission to educate, motivate and rejuvenate, The Bodyhood has become a headquarters for top notch manual therapy and wellness in proximity of some of the most advanced health care centers in all of Atlanta.
