I Have the Coolest Job in the Universe
I truly have the coolest job in the universe. Every day, I get the incredible privilege of watching my patients reclaim ownership of their lives.
In case no one has ever told you this before: your body is designed to heal itself. It wants to heal. And deep down, you know this too. You’ve seen a scraped knee regenerate. You’ve watched a bruise fade. Your body knows what to do.
But then… why do some things linger?
Why, two years after your car accident—or that concussion you never quite recovered from—are you still dealing with migraines, brain fog, exhaustion, and that stuck feeling you just can’t shake?
Why isn’t it healing?
The answer is: alignment.
Your brain sends messages down the spinal cord and out to every cell, tissue, and organ in your body. But when there’s interference—often from physical or emotional trauma—those messages don’t get through the way they’re supposed to. The result? A diminished expression of life.
In our appointments, my role is to find where that interference is happening in your nervous system and remove it. I clear the path so your body can do the work it was built to do: heal, restore, and thrive.
I’ve watched this happen countless times. But the very first time I saw it, I’ll never forget.
She was just 26 years old and came to us using a walker. She couldn’t walk freely and was having seizures daily, and had lost the ability to live her own life.
I watched her go from being helped into the office, to walking in on her own. I celebrated with her as her seizures began to decrease. I cried with her when she told me she had gotten her license back, started working as a waitress at Chili’s, and enrolled in school full-time.
That is what it looks like when your body starts expressing life fully again.
And I get to witness transformations like that every single day.
So I’ll say it again:
I have the coolest job in the universe.
